General Conclusion:

GlobalActionCash is a GPT site which is doing well so far. The program is a little over a year old and has been paying without major issues since the beginning back in November 2011. In our opinion, it is a safe site to use and earn with. Depending on your location, you may earn decent additional income by completing offers targeted to your location. Otherwise, if you are not satisfied with your earnings from the PTC section, you can focus on gaining direct referrals to exploit the advantage of the unlimited referral system.
