Open23 Review – Scam or Legit? | New PTC Program

Description:

Open23 is a PTC advertising service that has been around since December 2012. Open23 is powered by NextGen (Buxhost) GPT Script (Ultimate Edition). At Open23, users have an opportunity to earn money online by making different actions, distinguished between viewing advertisements, reading emails, completing micro jobs or playing the grid game. In addition, there is a referral program in place, which means users may refer others to Open23 and they will earn commissions from the activity of their recruits. So far Open23 has been paying without major issues. However, it’s still new program and as such, it will be placed on our Test/New PTC Sites list.

Things we do like about Open23.com:

Paying – Open23 is paying instantly. On the links below you can find payment proofs from other Open23 users:
Open23 payment proof page
Payment proofs on Open23 forum
Open23 payment proofs on eMoneyspace

Instant payments – Users will receive their payment within seconds after request. Most ptc users prefer this payout policy. Great option, you don’t have to check your payment processor account every day to see if you have received your payment.

Worldwide service – Open23 is international free service and there are no restrictions, individuals from all over the world are allowed to join the site and earn with it. It’s english based service, but also there is google translate feature, which allows user to translate the website to their prefered language.

Forum – Open23 does have a forum. Users must be logged in to see the forum. In our opinion, a PTC site should have a forum. The forum is a place where members and staff can communicate with each other. Members can post their success stories or doubts, post payment proofs, share the experience that they had with the site, ask for support and stay informed about the recent changes made to the site. Usually, on the forum you can notice the first signs if something is wrong. If members complain about non-payments or payment delays, then most likely the site is experiencing serious problems.

What we do not like about open23.com:

New Program – As usual, we do not recommend buying memberships on new sites (under a year old). Why? Well, most new PTC sites turn into a non-paying programs. In our opinion, it would be better to wait some time until the site proves that it is stable and sustainable, rather than invest in the early phase and risk to lose your investment if the site stops paying. Be sure to test a new site if you plan to invest. It is very important to do your research before doing so, otherwise be prepared for the bad scenario.

Takes a Long Time to Reach Payout Thresholds – In spite of the fact that there is a solid number of available ads to click, for free users who are solely clicking on their own Open23 may be a slow earner. Note that there is stepped cashout system in place, which means that for each next payout request the minimum will increase by $2.00 until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00. So, for most free members it may take long time to earn sufficient amount for cashout.

General Conclusion:

Open23 is a PTC site that is online and paying since December 2012. Open23 is running on Buxhost/NextGen GPT Script. Note that most sites powered by BuxHost have turned into a scam. Not due to the script itself, but due to the cheap price and hosting provided by Buxhost, which makes it very easy for a person with scamming intentions to open a site, deceive members and then run away with investors money. Which is why this script have so poor reputation. Would Open23 be different than all other failed Buxhost sites? We’ll see what happens. For this short period of time from the official launch, Open23 has been paying without major issues, but will they continue to do so? If you are considering to invest in one of the upgrade options they offer, we would suggest to test the site yourself before doing so. For now, Open23 will be placed on our Test list and will remain there for at least a year, of course if they continue to pay users without serious issues.
